Get in touch with us for a completely non-obligatory chat about your thoughts and your project ideas. We’re on hand to offer guidance and help get those creative juices flowing, or more practical pointers on whether an Ecopod is right for you and your available outdoor space.

Introduction to us - initial consultation
Let’s put a face to the name! We like to introduce ourselves and explain who we are and what we do in a little more detail, in person or on a video call. We want you to have total confidence that an Ecopod is the right solution for you before you proceed, so we’ll go through some practical factors that may help influence your decision to go ahead. We’ll go through demands and needs for your Ecopod at this stage and we’ll get to the drawing board!

If you’re ready for the next stage, it’s time to place that holding deposit now and we’ll pencil in a prospective build date.

Creating to finalising your project design
Once you’re happy with the design, size and layout of your Ecopod, it’s time to sign-off on our project. We ask for a 50% instalment towards your Ecopod at this stage so we can begin the construction phase in the workshop – we’ll also book in a firm installation date (Build date) to work towards with you to construct your Ecopod itself and then the internal finishes.

We will dig and lay the foundations / base for your Ecopod in readiness between your payment and within one week before your prospective Build date already agreed

Time to build
The time has come! The foundations are in, now it’s time to turn your Ecopod project into reality and start construction on site. Providing the weather allows us and depending on the shape and size of your project, we usually allow an average of 3-6 working days to complete the build. No interruptions to your day is necessary - you can leave us to it where access arrangements permit us to do so.

Note: we will plaster your Ecopod for a smooth internal finish as standard. You may choose to decorate yourself or include this in your project price with us.

Hey presto! You’re Ecopod project is now completed and ready for you to use until your heart is content! Now we’ve fulfilled our promise, we ask for the final balance to be paid.

Payment schedule

How do our payments work?

1 – holding deposit (£300)
2 – building and materials deposit (50%)
3 – remaining balance (upon completion)
